1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and wicket7 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing, browsing, or using any part of the wicket7 platform — including registering an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or claiming a bonus — you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety and agree to be legally bound by them.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the wicket7 platform. Continued use of the platform following any published update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. wicket7 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via the contact email on file.

These Terms should be read alongside the wicket7 Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and the platform.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

Use of the wicket7 platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 18 years of age. Players must be 18 years or older to register, deposit, wager, or claim any bonus on wicket7. This requirement is non-negotiable and applies without exception.
• You are accessing the platform voluntarily and of your own free will.
• You are not acting on behalf of, or depositing funds on behalf of, any third party.
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order on this or any other gambling platform.
• You have not previously had an account closed by wicket7 for breach of these Terms.

wicket7 takes its obligation to prevent underage gambling extremely seriously. Any account suspected of being operated by a person under the age of 18 will be suspended immediately, pending age verification. All deposits made by an underage player will be frozen and returned to the originating payment method following investigation. No winnings generated during the period of underage use will be paid out under any circumstances.

wicket7 may, at its sole discretion and at any time, require a player to submit government-issued identification documents to verify age, identity, and the source of deposited funds. Failure to supply satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe will result in account suspension and withdrawal restrictions.

3 Account Registration & Verification

To access the full range of features on wicket7 — including placing bets, playing casino games, and processing withdrawals — you must register a player account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address.

One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on wicket7. Creating, operating, or attempting to operate multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your wicket7 login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or any account access details with any other person. Any activity carried out from your account is deemed to have been authorised by you unless you have notified wicket7 of a security breach in writing prior to the activity occurring.

If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify the wicket7 support team immediately at support@wicket7. wicket7 will investigate the matter but cannot be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised access where the player has failed to take reasonable precautions to protect their credentials.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

wicket7 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process consistent with responsible gambling and anti-money laundering best practices. Players may be required to submit one or more of the following documents at the time of registration or prior to processing a withdrawal:

• A valid national identity card (NID), passport, or driving licence (front and back).
• A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence confirming residential address (issued within 90 days).

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposit Processing Times

Bank transfer deposits may take between 1 and 3 business hours depending on the originating institution. wicket7 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking infrastructure.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the player's most recent deposit, in accordance with anti-money laundering best practices. wicket7 targets same-day processing for withdrawal requests submitted before 18:00 Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6). Requests submitted after this time or on public holidays may be processed on the following business day.

Responsible Use of Funds

Players must only deposit funds that they own outright and that have been obtained through legitimate means. wicket7 reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence on any deposit or withdrawal that raises anti-money laundering concerns. Any transaction confirmed to involve the proceeds of unlawful activity will be reported to the appropriate authorities, and the associated account will be permanently closed.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

wicket7 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual offer, in addition to the general bonus principles set out in this section.

General Bonus Conditions

• Each bonus offer is available to one account per player, per household, per device, and per IP address. Attempting to claim the same bonus through multiple accounts will result in all associated accounts being permanently closed.
• Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any resulting winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated clearly in the individual bonus terms.
• Unless stated otherwise, bonus funds may only be used on specified game categories. Using bonus funds on restricted game types may result in winnings generated from those games being voided.
• wicket7 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time and without prior notice. Bonuses already credited to a player's account at the time of withdrawal will remain valid for the duration of their stated expiry period.
• Bonuses have an expiry period stated in the individual bonus terms. Bonus funds and any winnings generated from them that remain at the expiry time will be removed from the account automatically.

Seasonal and Special Promotions

wicket7 periodically runs special promotional campaigns tied to major sporting events and cultural occasions in Bangladesh, including the Bangladesh Premier League (BPL), IPL, T20 World Cup, Pohela Boishakh, Eid ul-Fitr, Eid ul-Adha, Victory Day, and Independence Day. Each such promotion will carry its own set of terms and conditions, which will be published on the relevant promotional page at the time of the offer.

Abuse and Exploitation

wicket7 employs sophisticated monitoring systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk betting patterns designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine engagement, matched betting using platform bonuses, and coordinated multi-account strategies. Any account found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have all associated bonuses and winnings voided, and the account will be subject to permanent closure.

6 User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using the wicket7 platform, you agree to conduct yourself in a manner that is lawful, honest, and respectful of other players and platform staff. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during the registration or KYC process.
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other technological means to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform.
• Attempting to manipulate, exploit, or reverse-engineer any game, betting market, or platform feature.
• Engaging in collusion with other players, including but not limited to sharing information about hole cards in poker or coordinating bets to guarantee a profit through arbitrage on the wicket7 platform.
• Making deposits using payment methods that are not registered in your own name.
• Laundering money or depositing funds derived from criminal activity.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing wicket7 staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to circumvent self-exclusion measures, either your own or those applied to your account by wicket7.

wicket7 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, and to void all associated bets and balances, where there is reasonable evidence of prohibited conduct. The determination of what constitutes prohibited conduct rests entirely with wicket7, whose decision in such matters is final.

7 Intellectual Property

All content on the wicket7 platform — including but not limited to the wicket7 brand name and logo, website design, layout, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, promotional materials, and all other intellectual property — is the exclusive property of wicket7 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the wicket7 platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any wicket7 content without prior written consent.
• Use the wicket7 name, logo, or branding in any context that implies endorsement, partnership, or affiliation without written authorisation.
• Decompile, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of any wicket7 software.
• Create derivative works based on wicket7 content.

Any unauthorised use of wicket7 intellectual property may result in account closure and, where appropriate, legal action. Game content displayed on the wicket7 platform is provided under licence from third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. All intellectual property rights in game content remain with the respective studios.

8 Limitation of Liability

wicket7 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure the platform is available, reliable, and free from defects, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or that the platform will be error-free at all times.

Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, wicket7 disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. wicket7 does not warrant that the platform will meet your specific requirements or that any defects will be corrected within a defined timeframe.

Limitation of Damages

wicket7 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings due to platform downtime, loss of data, or any other losses arising from technical failures outside our reasonable control.

Governing Principles

These Terms & Conditions are written in plain English and are intended to be interpreted fairly and in good faith. Any dispute arising from the interpretation or application of these Terms that cannot be resolved through the wicket7 complaints process will be addressed through mutually agreed alternative dispute resolution mechanisms. wicket7 is committed to resolving all player complaints promptly, fairly, and transparently. Players with unresolved complaints are encouraged to contact the support team at support@wicket7 in the first instance.
